William Martin touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Biergans and Beatrice Biergans (Palmer); his former wife Jeanette Biergans; his son John Biergans; his sisters, Mary Margaret Winegar (Paul) and Gerry Sleight; and his brother-in-law James Briggs.
He is survived by: his wife Rev. Betty Smith; his daughters, Cheryl Roth (Mike), Mary Jo Wendling (Rob) and Beth Nelson (Tom); and his daughter-in-law Sue Biergans. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
