She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Joppie and Dorothy Joppie (Martens); her husband Emery Fenstemaker; and her siblings, Earl, Russ, Bob and Maxine.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Fenstemaker (Cindy), Paul Fenstemaker (Lynn) and Susan Biergans (John); and her grandchildren, Kelli (Kaveh), Kameron (Christine), Nathan (Lori), Eric (Shannon), Brandon (Brittany) and Chad (Shaynah). She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in loving memory of Phyllis to the Sparrow Hospice House of Mid-Michigan, 1210 W Saginaw St, Lansing, MI 48915.
