He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Costello and Marie E. Costello (Gifford); his wife Sandra Mae Costello (Woodcock); and his brother-in-law Fred Henning. He is survived by: his children, Scott (Andrea), Neil (Cheryl) and Blake Costello (Nicole); his sisters, Phyllis Johnson, Betty Henning and Nancy Frye (Skip); his grandchildren, Lexi Wickware (Bryce), Alyssa, Kaylee, Ashton, Olivia, Isabella, Anna and Remington Costello; and his great grandchildren, Oliver and Archer Wickware. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Gary Sinise Foundation.
