It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Paul Black Jr. of Eagle Harbor, Michigan, born in Thief River Falls, Minnesota, who passed away on December 1, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Black Sr. and Alice Black; and his granddaughter Brianne Keogh. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Black (Christine); his sister Barbara Koop; his children, Marcy Keogh (Paul), Leah Brown (Devin), Janine Brenteson (Chris), Bradley Black (Marjie) and Ron Black (Jodie); his stepchildren, Jamie Sauer (Jeff), Jesse Coe (Shannon) and Matt Coe (Kacie); his grandchildren, Nicayle, Cheyenne, Sierra, Blaine, Kareen, Bobbie and Cody; his stepgrandchildren, Andrew, Kendra, Carter, Brynn, Sydney, Jasmine and Gianna; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Kaiden, Natalia and Sofia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
