He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Soper and Bernice Soper (Chapman); and his former wife Anna Mae. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Mark Soper (Cheryl), Paul Soper (Therese) and Margaret Soper; his stepchildren, Paula Burtch, Joan Brands (Jeff), Lorraine Anderson (Greg) and Jane West (Brent); and his siblings, Jane Watters (Jim) and Tom Soper (Mary). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other loving family and friends.
