She was predeceased by: her parents, James Libbey and Anna Libbey (Lester); and her former husband Doug. She is survived by: her husband Douglas Wayne Decker; and her children, Dorothy Eddy, Cindy Thayer (Randy), Nancy Rathbun (Glenn), Rick Decker and Randy Decker (Lisa). She is also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
