He was predeceased by: his parents, Anselmo Rangel and Jesusa Rangel (Garcia); and his brother Naldo Garcia. He is survived by: his children, Juan Alberto Rangel, Anna Maria Wildmo (Roger) and Rudy Rangel (Cassie); his grandchildren, Roger Jr., Jasmine, Ethan, Trinity and Shyanne; his great grandchild Emma; his siblings, Beatrice Quintanilla, Ruben Garcia and Mundo Garcia; and his sister-in-law Maria Rangel.
