He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Adkins and Arvonia Adkins (Peck); and his wife Debra Sugden. He is survived by: his children, Shon (Waunita), Mickie (Sam), Chris, Amanda, Andrea (Todd) and Karin (Doug); his grandchildren, Shon, Abby, Bryce, Evalina, Britny, Adrianna, Chris, Garrett, Gavin, Rachael, Becca, Lance, Ryan and Joey; his great grandchild Rosalie Muszynski; and his sister Gloria Waite (Jim). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19 and government regulations, only 25 people will be allowed in the chapel at one time.
