He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cooper and Iola Cooper (Ellsworth); his siblings, Dave Cooper (Connie), Mike Cooper and Lana Ashford; his father-in-law Juan Mata; and his brother-in-law Johnny Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Cooper; his daughters, Angela Cooper and Kayla Winkler (John); his sisters, Josephine Davis, Penny Libby and April Cooper; his mother-in-law Colleen Mata; his brothers-in-law, Dan Mata (Brenda) and Dale Mata; and his close friends, Mike Kennedy, Ed and Judy Nolph. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial Contributions in Patrick's name are suggested to Pheasants Forever Chapter 399 or the American Heart Association.
