He was predeceased by: his parents, Hite Ingram and Ida Ingram (Warner); and his siblings, Daniel, Gale, Mark and Joyce Neitz.
He is survived by: his wife Monica Fields; his sons, Patrick Allen Ingram Jr. (Lynn) and Will Ingram (Jenn Ward); his grandchildren, Christopher, Mary Ann, Nicholas, Katie and Benjamin; and his sisters, Sharon Hammond and Kathi Sommer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews; other loving family and friends.
