He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Ennis and Clare Ennis (Lynch); his siblings, Margaret Ashe (Ennis), Theresa McMahon (Ennis), Bernard Ennis and Thomas Ennis; his siblings-in-law, Marilyn Wright, Robert McPhilimy, Donald McPhilimy, Joseph McPhilimy and Marion Raymond Wright; his son-in-law Shawn O'Sullivan; and his grandchildren, Sophia Ennis and Ian Ennis.

He is survived by: his brother Bernie; his wife Shirley Ennis; his children, Patrick Ennis (Julie), Rosemarie Harman (Kip), Marilyn Ennis, Teresa Decker (David), Sharlene Drury (David) and Michael Ennis (Margaret); his grandchildren, Trina Ennis (Molly), Kari Ennis, Katie Ennis (Emily), Natasha Kearney (Brandon), Jade Garred (Jacob), Shannon Harman, Sean O'Sullivan (Talia DiVicino), Devon O'Sullivan, Trevor O'Sullivan, Sydney O'Sullivan, Andrea Kujat (Dakota), Shannon Decker (Brady Heit), Patrick Decker, McKenna Decker, David Drury (Kaitlyn Russell), Ryan Drury (Tannis), Erin Drury (Tyler McPherson), Kyle Drury, Aislinn Ennis, Donovan Ennis and Sinead Ennis; his great grandchildren, Layne Kearney, Lily, Easton Garred, Maverick, Delilah Kujat, Jensen Drury and Benson DiVicino; his sister Clare Phillips (Albert); and his sister-in-law Pauline Ennis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
