He is survived by: his wife Linda Chase; his children, Lisa Barker (David), Lana Orrison and Larissa Howey (David); his grandchildren, Christopher, Brandon, Quentin (Shylah), Ashlynn, Skyler (Brooklynn), Tristan and Elaina; his great grandchildren, Kyra, Aerabella, Ember, Mason, Jaxson and Jessielynn; and his sister Audrey Baize.
