It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Lucy Hamann of Durand, Michigan, who passed away at the age of 71, on February 26, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Leo; her sister Charlotte; her mother Stella; and her brother Richard. She is survived by: her husband James; her daughter Jessica Erin (Lucy); her grandchildren, Joshua Alexander and Jenna Charlotte; and her son-in-law Jay.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (700 Columbia Dr, Durand, MI 48429).
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to support Holocaust education (check payable to Corunna High School) for students at Corunna High School.
