She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Hatherill and LaVina Hatherill (Hughes); her husband Frederick Carsten; her daughter Mary Rockafellow; and her grandsons, Kurt Rockafellow and Andrew Bates.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Carsten (Kathleen), Terry Carsten (Mary), Lorrie Carnes (Bill), Debbie McCarry and Anne Christensen (Gary); and her siblings, Julia Vancise (Charles) and Edward Hatherill (Sue). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren.
