She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Smith and Erma Smith (Tacey); her husband Larry W. Burke; her brother Clayton Smith (Ronnie); her niece Jayne Smith; her father-in-law Burrell Burke (B. W.); and her son-in-law Scott Perry.
She is survived by: her daughters, Andrea Perry-Lee (Chris Lee) and Trisha Burke (Tod Watkins); her grandchildren, Landon Perry, Alaina Perry, Victoria Burke and Chloe Lee; her great grandchild Addilyn Freeman; her siblings, Kathleen Bammel (Phil), Vaughn Smith (Diana) and Brent Smith (Cathy); her mother-in-law Joyce Burke; and her siblings-in-law, David Burke (Dianne), Bill Burke (Michelle), Richard Burke and Stephanie Collins (Ric). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
