He is survived by: his father Hurley Adkins (Cheryl Adkins); his daughter Allison Adkins (Tristan); his stepsons, Jeffery Snyder and Andrew Galvin; his brothers, Bill Adkins (Kim) and Tracy Adkins; and his grandchildren, Jordan Adkins, Aubriana Snyder, Jeffery Snyder, Mason Snyder and Ariel Snyder.
