She is survived by: her husband Jerry Lendon Hart; her sons, Jerry "Al" Hart (Michelle) and William "Bill" Hart (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Josh Bohnard (Lindsey), Bailey Zieba (Josh), Emily Dillion (Billy), Katie Hart (Kyle Kaufman), Ty Hart (Jordyn), Kirsten Bercel (Austin) and Cody Hart (Tia); her great grandchildren, Gracelyn, Lusas, Hazel, Roman, Rylee, Jaxson, Mason, Lillie, Hayden and Bryce; and her sisters, Debra Berecz and Diana Wagner.
