He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Atherton and Edith Atherton (Russell); his wife Gertrude; and his son Dennis Baker. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Downer (Robert) of Durand, Terry Baker (Beth) of Florida, Janet Arnett of Owosso, Susan Patsey (John) of Durand and Bonnie. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
