She is survived by: her husband Louie; her parents, Thomas Pavlica and Anna Pavlica (Mlcuch); her children, Liz Crutchleo (Cal) of Ohio, Mary Jones of Owosso, Helen Smolek (Kenneth) of Corunna, Kathy Engel (Bruce Parker) of Owosso, Frank Toma (Bobbie) of Durand, Joseph Toma (Lynette) of Detroit and Anthony Toma (Jennifer) of Durand; her grandchildren, Leslie Birchmeier (Todd), Stephen Toma (Brittni), Brendan Toma (Chelsea Storm), Heather Jones (John Broyles), Joshua Jones, Amanda Martindale (Levi), Martin Smolek (Jessica) and Kenny Smolek; her great grandchildren, Olivia Birchmeier, Dalton Birchmeier, James Philo, Trenton Broyles, Bristol Martindale, Lola Smolek, Potter Smolek and Caroline Toma; and her siblings-in-law, Steve Toma of Durand and Leona Pavlica of Perry.
