She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Soupal and Kathryn Soupal (Ladisky); and her sister Mary Simmons. She is survived by: her husband Charles Goad; her children, Sandra Haugh (Jeff) and Adam Goad; her grandchildren, Ethan, Kaitlyn, Jacob and Jaylee; and her brothers, Gary and Dean Soupal.
