He was predeceased by: his parents, David Herman and Phyllis G. Borgerding (Harmon); his son Adam; his stepfather Thomas Smith; and his mother-in-law Faye Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Becky; his children, Ashley Borgerding and Onika Borgerding; his grandchildren, Michael, Cody and Kyleen; and his brothers, David Borgerding (Leda), Greg Borgerding (Janet) and Brad Borgerding (Michele). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Memorial Hospice.
