She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Wagner and Frank Wagner; her former husband Franklin Tullar; her husband Robert Carpenter; and her siblings, Donald, Frank, Eva, Maxine and Mae.
She is survived by: her sister Marcella of Swartz Creek; her children, Frank Tullar (Deb) of Laingsburg, Phil Tullar (Peggy) of St. Helen and Yvonne King (Dale) of Oscoda; and her grandchildren, Ericka, Angela, Crystal, Amber, Nicole, John, Vanessa, Cassandra and Bradley. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
