He is survived by: his wife Shirley Delta Marie Busz of Dundee; his children, Terry Massingill (Mary) of Dundee, Mark Massingill of Ann Arbor and Connie Bohatch (Roman) of Grand Rapids, Michigan; his brother Ronald Massingill (Patricia) of Dundee; his grandchildren, Adam Massingill (Kristen) of Temperance, Aric Massingill (Melanie) of Dundee, Danielle Parker-DeGoode (Scott) of Hudsonville, Roman II (Bohatch), Michael Bohatch of Grand Rapids and Ivana Bohatch of Grand Rapids; his great grandchildren, Gabe, Alana, Aiden, Kalahan, Oliver, Daisy, Corinne, Evan, Riley and Brayden; and his children, Pernille and Filippa of Oslo Norway.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Dundee Firefighters Association, Old Mill Museum, or Dundee United Methodist Church.
