He is survived by: his children, Tomas "Tommy" Martinez Jr. of Belleville, Emiliano Martinez (Beata) of Saline, Maria Martinez (William Wojtowicz) of Milan and Enrique Martinez (Irma); his grandchildren, Christopher Hoelzer Jr., Oliver Martinez and Sophia Martinez; his brothers, Mario Martinez, Jose Martinez, Gilberto Martinez (Josie) and Pete Martinez (Annie); and his sibling-in-law Lusia Martinez (Luis Arias).
