He was predeceased by: his brothers, Dave Fuller and Ronnie Fuller. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Files; his sons, Richard Files-Fuller and Robert Files-Fuller; his sisters, Susan Fuller-Rook (Roy) and Pam Fuller; and his granddaughter Alayna Files-Fuller.
