She was predeceased by: her parents, William Berner and Mary Ann Berner (Ferguson); and her brother William Berner. She is survived by: her spouse Terry Pittner; her pet Pistol'; her sons, Scot Chaffin (Jessica) and David Chaffin (Stacy); her stepdaughter Terryann Matney; and her siblings, Cathy Merritt (John), Vicky Slaughter (Gary) and Terey Hamilton.
