With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul Elroy Lapointe (Dundee, Michigan), born in Erie, Michigan, who passed away on March 5, 2018 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ralph, James, Gilbert, Lorna Behan and Helen Galvin.
He is survived by: his parents, Clifford LaPointe and Rose LaPointe (Deszell); his wife Mercedes Catherine LaPointe (Sancraint); and his children, Ronald James LaPointe (Sara), Thomas David LaPointe (Neil Oberstein), Paula Catherine LaPointe, Kenneth Charles LaPointe (Jann), Phillip John LaPointe (Bet) and Lisa Anne LaPointe. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
