He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Sulier and Genevieve Sulier (Fix); and his brothers, Raymond, Allan and Duane Sulier.

He is survived by: his wife Hope Sulier (Ferguson); his children, Erin Sulier (Jeff Horak), Anna Sulier, Paul and Adam Sulier; his grandchildren, Kyra, Ava, Raya, Suzie and Iyla; and his sister Kathy Sulier.
