She was predeceased by: her significant other Ronald H. Charter; her brothers, David Spaulding, Russell Spaulding, Jr. and John Spaulding; and her half-sister Marlene McCassling.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Charter of Potterville, James Charter (Milissa) of Toledo, Ronald L. Charter (Paula) of Dundee and Jane Gents (Garry) of Blissfield, Michigan; her grandchildren, Ronald L. Charter, II (Rachel), Kenneth Charter (Hunter), Colin Nolan-Charter, Megan Stricklen (Dakota), Austin Charter and Adrianna Charter; her great grandchildren, Avery Charter and Raegan Charter; her sister Mary Tennyson; and her half-sisters, Marla Phillips and Marcia Letterman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
