She is survived by: her husband Edward Zukowski; her sons, Keith Zukowski (Angela) and Andy Zukowski (Amanda); her grandchildren, Kaitlynne Cole (Collin), Justin Zukowski (Breanna), Emma Zukowski, Aidan Zukowski, Alex Zukowski, Anna Claire Zukowski and Anderson Zukowski; and her great grandchildren, Violet Cole, Jackson Cole, Robert Cole and Asher Zukowski.
