He is survived by: his wife Debbie Frederick; his children, Joshua Frederick (Leah) and Jessica Saum (Nevin); his grandchildren, Jeremia, Kaitlen, Kerstin, Harper, Declan and Isaiah; his great grandchild Claire Ray; and his father JD Frederick. He is also survived by four brothers, and many nieces and nephews.
