He is survived by: his wife Betty Labert; his children, Phillip Labert (Aida), Sandy Sargent (Gregory), Paul Labert (April) and Karen Student-Hehl (Andreas); his grandchildren, Phillip Labert, Brendan Labert, Gregory Sargent Jr., Michelle Sargent, William Sargent, Jacob Sargent, Thomas Sargent, Gabriel Labert, Christine Rios Matias and Katharina Hehl; his great grandchildren, Audrey, Nolan, Jacob and Xavier; and his brother John Labert (Bernice).
