He is survived by: his son Chad Bush (Karen); his grandson Blake of West Milton, Ohio; his daughter Allison Bush (Josh); his grandchildren, Aiden, Allison and Emma of Miamisburg, Ohio; and his siblings, Jim Bush (Marcia) of Phoenix, AZ, John Bush (Monica) of Dayton, OH, Dale Bush (Debbie) of Federal Heights, CO, Anne Bush (Gayle) of Brookville, OH and Lori Bush-Engel (Jeff) of Golden, CO. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews-their spouses, 11 great nieces and nephews, 1 great-great niece, many loved cousins, as well as dear life-long friends.
