Burton LeRoy Spaulding Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Burton LeRoy Spaulding (Dundee, Michigan), who passed away on February 16, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Spaulding and Delia Austin Spaulding (Brown); his wife Joan M. Tennyson; his son Burton LeRoy Spaulding Jr.; his siblings, Clare Spaulding, Donald Spaulding, Evelyn Romans (Henry) and Lila Jean Ericson (Harry); his son-in-law Gregory Dean Harlow Sr.; his parents-in-law, Roy and Juanita Tennyson Sr.; and his brothers-in-law, Roy Tennyson Jr., Donald Tennyson (Rose) and Bob Tennyson.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Kay Harlow and Michael Alan Spaulding (Elena); his daughter-in-law Noreen Spaulding; his grandchildren, Amy Jo Harlow (Duane Gildersleeve), Gregory Harlow II (Julie), Burton Harlow (Andrea), Rebecca Hall (Bryan) and Michael Spaulding Jr. (Stephanie); his great grandchildren, Dakota Harlow (EllaRae Smith), Chase, Ania, Katelyn Harlow, Abby, Ally, Alex Hall, Samantha and Easton Spaulding; his sisters-in-law, Wanda Butler (Willard), Mary Tennyson and Linda Tennyson; and his pets, Cooper and Cody. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions for those who desire are suggested to the Humane Society of Monroe County.
