She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Justice and Jewell Justice (Prater); her husband Elwyn Labert; and her siblings, Jerry Justice, Robert Olen Justice and Judy Wilkinson.
She is survived by: her children, Phillip Labert (Aida), Sandra Sargent (Gregory), Paul Labert (April) and Karen Student-Hehl (Andreas); her grandchildren, Phillip Labert, Brendan Labert, Gregory Sargent Jr., Michelle Sargent, William Sargent, Jacob Sargent, Thomas Sargent, Gabriel Labert, Christine Rios Matias and Katharina Hehl; her great grandchildren, Audrey, Nolan, Jacob and Xavier; her brother Charles Justice (Roberta "Bobbi"); and her sister-in-law Lillian Justice of Tazewell, TN.
