She was predeceased by: her husband Junior Garlinghouse; and her parents, Art Gascho and Ella Gascho. She is survived by: her former husband Junior "J. E."; her children, Gary Garlinghouse of Dryden, Peggy Bradley (Kenneth) of Dryden, John Garlinghouse (Cathy) of Dryden, Lucy Cromas (Mark) of Imlay City and Amber Garlinghouse (Richard Judd) of Elba; and her grandchildren, Brian, Andrew, Darlene, John, Jr., Sarah, Matthew and Royal. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
