He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roosevelt Wood and Elsie Wood (Crosby); his wife Prue Dee Wood; his children, Lester Wood Jr., Wendy Adams (Tom), Dee Ann Tibbitts (late Edwin), Layne Wood and Mark Wood (Tammy); and his brother Leland Wood. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
