He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Hajek; his sons, Jeff, Mark and Brian (Elly); his grandchildren, Chelsea, Grant, James and Lily; and his siblings, Norma Bauer (Denny), Judy Plowman and Larry. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
