It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Joyce Meyers of Drummond Island, Michigan, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on April 6, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Yeager and Lela Yeager (Cleland); her brothers, Walter and Donald Yeager; her husbands, Paul Papke and William Meyers; and her son Paul Papke.

She is survived by: her sons, Walter Papke (Barbara) of Drummond Island and James Papke (Elaina) of Temperance, Michigan; her daughter-in-law Deborah Rudicil (Papke) of Toledo; and her grandchildren, Amanda Mills, Holly Whitney, Jody Papke, Jamie Papke, Kindra Papke, Michael Roach and Dennis Cox. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; and one-great-great grandchild.
