He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Jones Ledy and Genevieve Mae Ledy (Payment); his son Forrest Scott Ledy; his brother Duane Ledy; his brother-in-law David Coffey; and his nephew Randy Scott Ledy Gochnour.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra (Evans); his children, Heidi Kanouse (David), Erica Ledy, Richard Ledy (Morri) and Britta Astle (Kirk); his grandchildren, Tatum Ledy, Darrel Lee Anthon, Richard Ledy II, Jade Erspamer (Bryan), Cullen Ledy, Sawyer Astle, Rhiar Kanouse, Terese Ledy, Gabriel Kanouse, Soren Astle, Jonas Kanouse, Avery Ledy and Rowin Ledy; his great grandchildren, Huron Anthon, Reverie Anthon, Caroline Morrison and Callahan Erspamer; his sister Gail Ledy; his siblings-in-law, Mary Ledy, Carol Coffey, Ray Whiteman and Pamela Whiteman; his uncle Delbert "Sam" Ledy; and his aunts, Pansy Gore and Betty Ledy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
