He is survived by: his parents, Albert Louwsma and Henrietta Louwsma (Nykamp); his wife Gertrude Louwsma; and his great grandchildren, Courtney Dis, Mike Van Dis, Dan Louwsma, Trisha Louwsma (Skylar), Brandon Overweg, Jen Overweg and Amanda Overweg.
