He was predeceased by: his parents, John Storm and Helen Storm (Mack); his son-in-law Fred Staton; and his brothers, John Storm and Donald Storm.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Storm (Herbstreith); his children, William Storm (Marilyn), Valerie Staton and Gary "Buzz" Storm (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Josh, Ben, Amy, Luke, Jessica, Jacob, Sarah, David and Emma; and his sister Ruth Jones. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
