She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hammond and Hazel Hammond (Risbridger); her husband Glen O. Ramsey, Jr.; her son Richard C. Ramsey; and her siblings, Bernard Hammond, Margeret Maneikis, Maurice Hammond, Merle Hammond and Mildred Hammond.
She is survived by: her brother Russel Hammond (Jean); her children, Kathleen Cooper (Bradley), Carol Jeffers and Mark Ramsey (Katie); her grandchildren, Jill Schubert (Jon), Erin Martin (Geoff), Jacob Jeffers (Katie), Savannah Ramsey, Isaak Ramsey (Emily), Evan Ramsey, Cari Cooper, Aedan Martin, Shelby Gaspard and Desiree B. Ramsey-Kaul; and her great grandchildren, Aries Cole, Connor Schubert, Logan Schubert, Ellie Jeffers and Madilyn Ramsey.
