He was predeceased by: his son-in-law Scott Sandy; and his daughter Julie Kruszka. He is survived by: his wife Jeannie; his children, Keith Burpee (Debbie), Jeff Weller (Linda) and Kelly Sandy-Aldrich (Vince); his grandchildren, Amanda, Grace, Emerson Kruszka, Logan Manning (Hakeem), Sheena Myers (Chris), Jessica Piper (Tyler), Leah Madill (Matthew), Hannah Taylor (Mark), Trent Sandy and Jack E. Burpee II (Molly); and his great grandchildren, Molly, Cora and Rowyan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
