He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Johnson (Edwards); his children, Heidi Johnson of Bowling Green, KY and Eric Johnson (Katrina) of Sparta, NJ; his granddaughters, Laura and Rebecca Johnson; and his nieces and nephews, Kyla Fiske, Lauren Johnson, Emily Edwards, Colin Fiske and William Johnson.
