He is survived by: his wife Caroline Elaine Slocum (Felder); his children, David Slocum II (Shannon) and Victoria Alt (Dan); his daughter-in-law Rachel Slocum; and his siblings, Tyann Drake (Bob) and Jerry Slocum. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
