He was predeceased by: his mother Dortha Kulikowski (Bailey); and his sister Doty Jo Aleshire. He is survived by: his father Joseph Kulikowski; his wife Kathy Kulikowski; his children, Kimmie Rivers (Mike), Kirk Kulikowski (Deanna), Amanda Herp and Michael Herp (Suzy Schmoder); and his brothers-in-law, William Aleshire and Larry Palmer. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven (one on the way) great grandchildren.
