She was predeceased by: her parents, John McKinney and Mildred McKinney (Livingood); and her sister Vera Goff. She is survived by: her caregiver Pamela; her husband Henry R. Velthouse Jr.; her daughters, Pamela M. White and Dana Robin Velthouse; her brother Verl McKinney; her son Bruce Leland Velthouse; and her brothers, Virgil, Voyde, Vern and Victor McKinney. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren, 15 great great grandchildren.
