He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Phillips and Trina Phillips (Yauchstetter). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Burrows; his children, Kelly Phillips of Dowagiac and David Phillips of Eau Claire; his grandsons, Scott Keene, Bradley Phillips and Eric Phillips; his great grandchildren, Ellie Phillips and Hudson Phillips; and his sister Nancy Wild.
