It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Tara Phillips of Dowagiac, Michigan, born in Berrien Center, Michigan, who passed away on January 27, 2023, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Pamela Smith (Wojcicki); her grandparents, Vernon and Phyllis Phillips; her uncle Robert Wojcicki; and her cousins, Vernon Lee Phillips and Jay Blassingame.
She is survived by: her father Gene Phillips; her children, Samuel Billingham, Alivia Billingham and Hunter Phillips; her siblings, Darr Phillips (Alexi) and Tambree "Breezy" Phillips (Joey); her aunts and uncles, Vern Phillips (Elizabeth), Susan Judd (Dale), Cindy Phillips and Lynette Means; and her nieces and nephews, Nevaeh Lane, Emery Phillips and Cameron Phillips. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Memorial contributions in Tara's name may be made to the family, in care of Darr Phillips to assist with the care of Tara's children.
